Benryn quest seemed bugged as well, found the corpse of his dead wife, but he wouldnt belive me unless he sees it but he will not follow and i cant drag her corpse out. found the ring too but no option to talk to him about it.
Use the teleporter skill to enter the building. Push her down the stairs and out the door in view of Benryn.
