I think all of these things have been brought up before, except for maybe one, but I'll just illustrate some of the issues.

Revivify issue. Same as shallow water. No target priority for the dead companion.

Out of bounds with wizard/warlock teleport. In part I feel like it's a bit easy to cheese most of the content with this spell alone (or in combination with area transitions that enables full party to transition disregarding distance between them). In part, it's because of what you can see in the screenshots. There are also multiple places you can teleport to, that look like solid ground but that will actually insta-kill you. One such is place is in Zorgan's hut. The minimap shows that it's possible to travel there and the teleporter also tells you to go ahead, but in reality you die-die.

The last one is the naked kid bodyguard. Wasn't an issue before big patch, but now me and a friend both experienced it in solo mode.
