Even though the problems and topics has been brought up and discussed in earlier threads, this is, in my opinion, one of the best presented and well thought out feedback I've seen. And I agree with everything above. +1000000!!!!
only thing I suggest that you skip is having the capital letter starting each paragraph in a different color. For readability.
