Interestingly when you have negative modifier it is also NOT added to off-hand attack roll. This means you have higher chance to hit with bonus off-hand attack than with main-hand attack.
Also Ranger's off-hand attack does not trigger extra damage from Hunter's Mark. Every attack should trigger that extra damage.
And opportunity attack hits with both weapons. I think only one weapon is allowed for opportunity attack.
