This is happening to my character and my husband's (we each have a copy of the game and are campaigning together. Just as one character leveled up (and I think both of our characters were on the cusp), all of our experience points returned to zero.
I hope someone gets back to us - you've been waiting over a week for a reply. Did anything fix this issue for you?
