Will any of these new mods for the game ban me or make me lose my account?

I read the End User License Agreement and it says that we cannot modify the game files and we are not authorized to modify them, i've seen that some of the mods were posted on larian forums, so i think if the post isn't removed, i think we can use them, i don't know

I used few mods, most of them cosmetic. I can safely assume that those are safe. The only one that might be problematic is the that unlocks the origin characters. I played with it a little with no problems.
Anyway modding is generally something Larian supports.

Well, technically speaking...

The mod I use is an extra file. And no alterations to actual game files have taken place.

Sly thinking there friend 😂

officially modding is not supported due to the game being early access. I think it really depends on what mod you want to use, but considering its pretty much not a competitive game then i think it really isnt much of a problem

The only problem I can see is their analytics software getting confused by data from modded games.
Easy solution: Disable telemetrics for modded games: Deleting crashereporter.exe, .dll and start by bg3.exe stops transmission.
This might break your game. It seems that it works just fine but I do not give guarantees

I sometimes use thought experiments. I don't necessarily believe in every idea I post for discussion on this forum

Even I haven't heard an official yes/no vis-a-vis modding. I suspect that may be deliberate: they probably don't want to discourage the modding community at this early stage but also don't want to explicitly encourage it either for the reasons stated. But that is purely my own interpretation.
