In my game the Had ran to her lair, I worked my way down there and had a cutscene where she talked about fighting her in her lair and using my blood to spice her stew. After the cutscene combat never initiated and I just started peppering her with Eldritch Blast-- she never attacked me back, combat never started and I was able to kill her, easy peezy lemon squeezy.

Easiest 250xp i've made in the game :P

I got into a full-fledged fight with her, but after the cut-scene where she makes me an offer (that I did refuse), she, or any of her mirrors/clones/whatever, were unable to damage me - I only had one character alive at that point... so I had a lot of standing around waiting to pass a saving roll against Hold Person, and shooting the "real" hag when I got a chance. That was one strange fight.

Yep reported the same bug a few hours ago.
