Yeah I kill Lea usually. Steal her armor and give it to Shadow, then I use Shadows.
I agree with you 100% We should be able to dress our char. Or the game should start the characters with degraded armor so we have an incentive to shop around or pick up random stuff. Thus dressing ourselves. The outfit designs are really bad IMO.
I’m hoping they’ll throw a lot more visual variants of what is the statistically the same armor
