Hello!
First of all, I should say that I absolutely love BG3, best RPG I've played in last few years. But there are some issues with game mechanics. Consider this: I've cast invisibility on myself in Goblin Camp and started to unleash righteous chaos. For example, I've pushed several goblins into various pits and chasms. But game reaction to this madness seems somewhat illogical:
1) Pushing goblins to pits: does not break my concentration, but starts stealth check. Sometimes checks succeed, sometimes fail. But in either case I always remain undetected! Also goblins start screaming and searching for me, but not to thorough - they do not attack my uncloaked and totally visible companions.
2) Lockpicking and unlocking doors: goblins and other guards ignore suddenly opened doors completely, concentration on spell still holds.
3) Picking pockets: starts stealth check and I can be caught on failed check (which is already somewhat inconsistent with 1 and 2)
But there is much more!
4) Moving objects (like barrels): immediately breaks concentration, no stealth checks.
5) Trying to grab scroll of "speak with the dead" near Ragzlin (I tried to sabotage ritual): STARTS DEFAULT DIALOG IMMIDIATELY "Give that back, bla bla bla" and concentration immediately fails (there also seems to be a bug: I can go to another character in dialog, open inventory, transfer stolen item to camp, than return to dialog and say something like "ok, ok, take it back" - nobody seems to notice that there is no item on me)
6) Not in goblin camp - I've tried to cast invisibility on myself going to druid X.O. Kagha, but cutscene still starts as if I were clearly visible. Also - no reaction if I cast invisibility on the girl (Arabella) or cast Friends on Kagha with other character in the middle of dialog - I get no advantage nor bonus to my charisma checks. Also I can not cast Friends before dialog starts because it starts regardless my invisibility - I just can not get close enoug.

Being programmer myself I understand, that there is no way to code ALL possibilities. But inconsistencies in spell logic bother me more then just goblins settling down after half of their kin ends up in chasm - I just can not say for sure, what action will break by stealth+Invisibility and what won't.

P.S. Another bug (?) - why the quest "Deal with Auntie Ethel" fails automatically with "Things turned violent with Auntie Ethel. She isn't happy with us." when I start killing goblins in a camp? Are those two quests connected somehow? I mean, I spoke with Ethel and agreed going to her house, but postponed this till after I deal with goblins, but somehow she gets mad with me at the same time the goblins do.

It's whacky atm and probably not intended. You can open and loot containers, but not loot something from the ground for example.

Also really disappointing that dead Arabella do not speak with me via "speak with the dead". I really expected her to say something like "Aveeeenge meee, tell my parents, kill those druids!".
P.S. Don't worry, she is fine, I loaded my saved game about 50 times to save her)

She's a preteen girl. You're lucky to get a shrug and a 'whatever' even when she's alive.
