Indeed shove is OP, it suppose to be pushed away 5 feet, but 4.5 Meter! = 14feet wowza... Also is base on size, and they have size stats in this game, so I think they can make it like DnD 5e where you contest with target one size bigger, and any bigger it fails. AKA a 8 str wizard should not be able to shove a giant robot that weights probably several thousand points 14 feet across the map.
