The bulette in the underdark has run into me on several occations, but in one certain spot it keeps appearing and then stays frozen before going underground again, can't be attacked, is super noisy and my characters can't leave. Tried reloading several times. You find the place by entering the underdark from the goblin camp and when you go through the gate into the underdark you go left and down the slope.
