Agreed... I'm replaying Pathfinder KM right now, and while the character models aren't that detailed in that game, I think they handled the gear stuff really well. You cannot only see all weapons you have currently equipped in your various weapon sets, but also cloaks, bracers, quivers, sheaths and lanterns on the character's belts.
