I have genuinely no idea why Larian people have so many problems wrapping their heads around this small issue.
You'd think after DOS 1 and 2 they could have learned something about the inane amount of GRIEF caused by having an NPC looping the same bark every few seconds.
We aren't even talking about being "slightly overtuned" here. We are talking about the desperate need to make these barks
1- More diverse to begin with.
2- At very least TENFOLDS less frequent.
