anyone know where i can find a scroll for featherfall-- didn't take it as a spell for my wizard and already hit max level

I'm pretty sure at least one merchant in the druid grove is selling scrolls (halfling). Inventory updates every once in a while, but not sure what triggers it.

Tradepost merchant, possibly, but I guess she's dead too. Underdark Myconid colony might be selling some magical stuff too. Don't think the goblin in the fort does (but they are probably hostile if the druid grove is a mess).

Someone mentioned Volo might sell scrolls if you have him in camp. There are a few "merchants" without the trade dialogue.

In the grove, there are at least 2 potential traders, and I think it can have 3. The goblin outpost has 1, but that is a refundable one after going ham out there. There is a trader behind the burning mansion if you do that quest, and they would have a high chance of having one on them. Of course, underdark has a couple in the Myconid camp as well, and I think they have one for sure.
