yet.
Step 1: Hunt down Casador.
Step 2: Beat Casador (
almost) to death.
Step 3: Allow Astarion to drink Casador's blood.
Step 4: Kill Casador.
Astarion is now a) free, b) a full vampire with all the bonuses a full vampire gets & c) he has the ability to turn the player into a vampire (spawn). Drink Astarion's blood to become a full vampire.
Step 5: Profit?
Now whether or not they implement this in the finished version (or leave it to the modders
) is another question.
