Just switch charisma and dexterity. She's not nice enough for 14 charisma and she's a pretty lithe shadow priest with medium armor and should have 14 dex. Current stats make no sense.
Also, if they're dead set on her having 14 charisma "because reasons" then just give it to her. It would have zero impact on anything and dex absolutely shouldn't be in the toilet.
