Not too sure when she got there either as I was doing other things. A bit dumb of her to just be sitting in a stranger's camp, maybe Halsin invited her. laugh Also her dialogue implied I had her in my group the whole time, never spoke to her until that moment. Feels like that should be changed a bit.

I am doing a solo play, purposely avoided talking to any of them. Any other solo people found Gale or Astarion in other locations? Journal said Lae'zel died doing whatever she was doing and Wyll died fighting the goblins.

It is a big problem I made it my main goal to get Larian to fix. In short, I feel like Larian gives you choices but don't care about making them work in the narrative. much more info and Examples could be found here:

If you allow, I want to add your comment to the example list there (chapter 4)

Sounds just like a fairly typical scripting bug, actually.

Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN

She's a spooky Moonlight Shadow lady. Always appears where she is least expected.

Did she at least bring wine and nibbles?

It is a bug only if there is a conversation that is not triggered. I doubt such a conversation exists. I wrote about it in the link I gave, but I'm also working on a new more up to date and organized thread. stay tuned.

You might find her in the druid grove

That's because she was at Zarna's camp.

She may have but probably dropped them when I put a knife at her throat. If the option for confrontation was there it would have happened. Even Halsin being there is rather awkward, it's my camp damnit. smile

People in general have a tendency to turn up uninvited. Unless they have been trained not to, weapons are good educators. laugh

I had left her at camp - she is fairly redundant in my party since in first playthrough my main's a cleric - and she showed up in the tiefling/druid camp and had apparently disinvited herself from mine. As I said, I hadn't done much with her, but it would annoy me if now I have lost the chance to do her personal quest or anything.

You can't do her personal quest in the EA.

The only thing you are missing out is convincing her to tell you who she worship if you haven't done that yet, but she needs to be in the party while exploring certain places for that convo to happen.

Played this character again today from a previous save where I saw her in my camp and didn't talk to her. Had done a long rest while she was there then went off and did other things. My next long rest I got the cut scene I should have had before. She had some kind of voices telling her to find me, unfortunately for her she had her hand on a blade. It didn't end well for her.

Pretty sure this may be some sort of bug, she only should show up during the long rest as the first time you speak to her, not just sitting in the camp randomly without talking to you.

I made a new character and refused to recruit her twice, but she never showed up a 3rd time before I got to the boat at the end. I only following the "critical path", killing the 3 leaders, and long resting a lot.

I feel cheated. There is one thing I didn't do (talk to nettie, which means no Raphie) and I think I'm going to retry to see if that is part of the trigger.

I didn't talk to any of them at all, wanted a solo run. At some point she was at the druid camp, thought she took off with them when they left. Not sure what the trigger for her camp appearance is but I completed most of the content on that character before she showed up.

I think he shows up after completing the first one of "Deal with parasite quests"
