I didn't know they had mirrored the tiefling party. I killed her while we were fighting the druids cause I wanted to take her place. We don't have the option to take the lead after we kill her. Which is a shame.
But I am going to do the evil playthrough again, this time sparing her and see how it goes.
Killing her to become the leader of whom - the mindless goblins who serve the tadpoles?
I think we still have the opportunity to become a leader / protector for Minthara, or at least share power
