Actually rolling physical dice (if I understood you correctly) is too much to ask. It’s not going to happen. Now, what is shown in that image you linked...that’s doable and would be much better. Use two dice for advantage and disadvantage. Yes, you can get the same odds with just a modifier, but that’s not as fun.
