I tried to use Shadowheart to heal Astarion today.
He, my wizard, and Gale proceeded to circle Shadowheart three or four bloody times before stopping so I could target him.
Space bar is your friend. Which is funnier considering there's a thread floating around complaining about using it for everything. It will, however, start you into turns, which locks everyone in their current position.
