You can trade with most (non-vendor) people you can speak with, though most have meager selections and gold.

There are a couple though who do have a decent amount of cash on hand as well as items.

Has anyone noticed other non-vendors worth trading with?

This is a very interesting question as it doesn't make sense to trade with anyone other than traders at the moment. Or are there secrets where you can find something interesting?

I just try to trade with whomever I'm speaking with. The druids have had the odd potion I've picked up as well.

Apparently, you can buy the Hellrider's Pride Gauntlets off of Zevlor as well.

How do you trade with non vendors though? Theres no dialogue option?

When you talk to people, look for the Trade button on the bottom left of your screen.

Not all NPCs will have it, but most do.
