I usually steal mine. Main ones I use are roaring thunder and darkness with occasional fire
The roaring thunder arrows are really good, especially when certain high jumping enemies with multiattack magically know what ledge you are hiding on.
Darkness arrows are situational but shoot something near you if you need concealment then step out for attacks.
Fire arrows also good but alchemists' fire is fairly common if you just want to play with surfaces.
Ice can help keep enemy away from you a bit longer if you need to reposition.
Fire, ice and acid all can be used to encourage the enemy to move to a different point
