Would be good to have some questions regarding:
Itemization (lack of Mundane Items like Plate, Breast Plate and Hide)
Enemy AI (does it feel like the bad guys are trying to win or at least survive?)
Spells (Lots of missing PHB spells, revivify scrolls are 3rd level spells etc.)
Exploitability of added items (Selune necklace lets you put all the neutral guys to sleep without them getting mad at you because it's a cantrip heal for instance)
