The question regarding Hp increase and Ac decrease is not 100% correct. I would replace it with the changes via the monster manual in regards to enemy level and health. I say this because goblins Ac varies on shields and armor as well. It's as if :Larian treats your enemies as other combat humanoid NPCs and not monsters.
