I reached the point in the game where everyone starts getting sick and Lae'zel threatens to kill us all before she's talked down. After resting for the day, I can no longer talk to her. She wasn't in my party at the time. She has an exclamation mark, denoting she wants to talk to me. But I cannot get the conversation icon hovering over her. Nor can I click her. Tried rebooting the game [which has sometimes helped with other issues] to no avail. I guess she's really moody. She wants to talk to me, but refuses to. :P

I have same issue, while I have a good relationship with her. I assume it just happens after certain number of days (and probably after progressing in her quest)
Actually I even do not have a dialog icon when I move mouse over here, and if I click the game tells the is unreachable. Looks like a bug to me.

I had this happen on a playthrough that I a had reached the party for. Originally thought it was my rep with her since that round it had dived. But through a couple other profiles, I was able to repeat it anytime I finish the patrol quest and then removed her from my active party. I then get one last chance to talk to her (If I don't sleep or leave camp). Once she freezes I can't start the party, and some companion quest are prevented from completing.

I have only completed the patrol quest peacefully so I'm not sure if this happens if a battle breaks out, or if you keep her in your party longer. I'm reporting it as a bug today.
