I'd love to see bags of holding - even just the need for a regular backpack before you can carry every single item you find.
Carry weight is one limiting factor, sure. But dimensions are completely ignore. How come I can carry 17 barrels?
One of my biggest concerns currently, is the fact that gold is cheap, everything is free provided you pick up random stuff you come across and I think the reason is the way BG3 handles carrying items.
You should need a bag, pouches and quivers. You should have both hands full (i.e. unable to take other actions) while carrying a barrel, crate or chest.
Right now, to circumvent the entire system, all you need to do is split up your party, pick a random person and walk it to the vendor - then pick up absolutely everything and simply "send it" to the character next to a vendor.
You now have the ability to carry infinite items, provided you intend to sell them. While having completed the intro, the crash site, the ruins and visited the Grove I have managed to get 30.000 gold doing just that.
Compared to tabletop where at level 3 I still dream of being able to afford the spell components I need, a few health potions or a decent armor for my Fighter friend.
