Hit two different quest bugs in the Goblin camps.
First on freeing Volo he never asked to go to my camp he just vanished. As far as the journal is concerned he is still in danger and still needs to be rescued. But, he's actually at my camp safe and I've been interacting with him.
Second, on killing a random goblin novice at the camp I got the "quest completed kill Kagha" journal entry.
