Have certain spells be the same vocally as they were in the BG. The way it worked in BG is that the different schools of magic had different Latin words associated with them. Also couldn't hurt to add that more ominous echo that happens when you cast a spell.
Party formations.
Please add in "You must gather your party before venturing forth." At this point, it's the law. It has to be in the game.
