I got the bug in the cave behind Auntie Ethel's fireplace. The auto save when you first go down to her gallery of cursed people was fine. The auto save when you enter her back room where the Staff of Crones is I was bugged. I replayed it from that first auto save as close as I could to what I had done and the second time I wasn't bugged. I wish I could figure out what exactly caused it.
