You can track private patch history for BGIII
here. Last internal patch was 3 hours ago. There is also a "patch2" slotted in since a few days ago.
Just to clarify what I'm looking at, are these patches all live, or are they just prepared so they can load them in when they finished?
Until you see them release on Steam, those are just internal builds, that MAY or may not go live according to how much Larian is happy about them.
