I did a search for this, and couldn't find anything, but you can jump to your death at the start of the game. When you get to the front of the Natulis, you can attempt to jump down below the first set of cannons by the stairs. Do it right and you'll jump to the below deck, through that deck, and then to your death. Here's a video of the death:
