i can understand the thought of chosing the right companions for the adventure, but not this easy and this frequency , its not needed , as long as you can chose the companion before you enter a big fight or new Area , is still fullfill the Intention of the design. but chose after every combat ? refresh your skill and magic after every combat? that is japan RPG not not DND game. The depth of DND games ist the tactical thought , but sleep after every Combat , ruin all the reallity settings of the DND, its a JRPG. final fantacy or sth like that.
