Eh, 11 days isn't terrible. Once they've released several urgent hotfixes, they need to sort through all the EA release data to make something out of it, there's a stupid amount of stuff to analyze. All the in-game logs, heatmaps, player feedback... And then they need to figure out what exactly to do about it - and there's, again, lots of stuff that's in need of being taken care of.

But yes, as I've mentioned in another thread, a list of "known issues" or things that are being taken note of and considered would be a much needed piece of communication.

I think a community update every two weeks would be reasonable (with perhaps hotfixes/quick updates should an urgent problem arise).
