Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General Anyone else picking up gear and not getting it?

As the title suggests anyone else encountering areas where looting the corpses gets you gear until you look in your INV and a lot of its not there? A particular spot was near the zones border. 3 scales armors, POOF

I think you can't pick up items that are too heavy for your character - try with Lae'zal or send to camp. Having the same issue with my Wizard but now I just started looting with NPCs

I think that your character needs proficiency in what they're picking up maybe?

I think some items are in the directory but not in the game. There is a few little bugs have noticed.

No I think some scale mails are about 20 which is more than a low const character can lift so it kinda makes sense.

On the other side there are some items that are currently bugged (can't pick up but can send to camp) Kagha's letter comes to mind.

Folks i appreciate the feedback but you're misunderstanding the question. The items are for all appearances successfully picked up. The are not in my inventory and no longer in the corpse. happened after numerous reloads and reboot attempts. They disappear. Has this happened to anyone else?
