Altho on a more serious note I think the comparison between breasts and bulges are always kinda dumb.
Breasts are 10 times more noticable than a bulge is which you know, grows xD...
You can be hung like a typical male pornstar and it still wouldn't be noticable at all in comparison to someone who's just average unless you're actually doing the thing.
Breasts on the other hand are way more noticable unless strapped in ( which is painful and uncomfortable btw )..

Having some sort of body sliders would be nice though, even if its something that just changes height and overall model width similar to NWN2. But I don't know if the real issue here are all those cutscene animations. I remember seeing something about Bioware having budget restrictions and issues with positioning different races with each other in romance cutscenes. Might be the same case here with higher costs due to different character models.
