My internal expected timeline is pretty much this
2 - 11 Months
Nothing but hotfixes and bug squashing.
12 Months
Second major content patch but still in early access
A Lots of the planned features implemented, maybe even a another act, but not all of the PHB content
1 Year, 5 Months
Next wave of PHB additions, still early access
~ Two more major content probably added at this point if we're lucky, maybe some tweaks to the last major release
Year 1, 6 Months
Final updated, end of 'early access'
~ Not all PHB content makes it in, Dragonborn doesn't make the cut because its too hard to model
But I like to keep my expectations low so I'm surprised when things are better than expected.
