As I wrote in my post on it, I think it would be funny to have her as a romance option or at least a sex option like Minthara, if only to see how much the rest of the camp finds you disgusting.
Well... it's no more disgusting than sex option with Lae'zel. Despite her human-like visual appearance, githyanki lay eggs, which means she's closer to crocodiles or platypuses than to apes (which human specie belongs to). Therefore, sex with Lae'zel is essentially bestiality. Goblins are mammals for sure, therefore sex with Sazza isn't as deviant as with Lae'zel.
I'm not sure as a companion it would work to bring her into settlements or cities.
She's in the company of conventional party members, it shouldn't be the problem besides racist jabs in your direction, of course.
