So it happened to me again and I thought it was a problem related to coming from stealth, as we already had discovered on this forum.

But it's not even the case cause my main character who was in stealth attacked one of the minotaurs while the others were waiting at a distance in plain sight. Then when I brought everyone in, 3 of them got into the same sequence.

Then after I moved and attacked with one of them, a click on the space bar went directly to the first minotaur. And it didn't end there, if I hadn't clicked on the portraits of my party members, every single turn it would skip 2 of my companions turn. This needs to be addressed because it can ruin a combat completely.

I'm experiencing similar behavior. Characters turns get sometimes skipped and the visible turn order rearranged without rhyme or reason.

I have seen similar behavior but instead of skipping the turn you start a turn with zero actions and have to just end your turn. Have seen this a couple times now.

I think the skipped turns comes from the "shared" initiative slots. The borders of the avatars are entwined, so you can select any of them in any order. However, if you end turn on one, sometimes it counts for all of them. Super annoying. I've also had the zero actions on a turn, but that's usually been after I've been prone, or asleep, so I assumed there was something in the rules about recovery time.

Not necessarily.

I just had a fight and paid special attention to this behavior. Gale's turn was skipped at least once.
1. It's Lae'Zel's turn. She moves and gets downed by an opportunity attack.
2. Redcaps turn. It runs around and casts their rage ability.
3. Gale's turn. According to the images on the top. He does nothing and is skipped.
4. Instead it's immediately the turn of a different Redcap. That Redcap knocks Gale out.

By this point did my main character attack four times/took four turns. Gale should have taken at least three turns, but acted only once.
(He did make two opportunity attacks during the fight and acted normally on the first turn of combat.)

Still experiencing this in the latest build (4.1.89.3171). Description of problem: one character will get close enough to initiate combat, and turn order shows two party members next to each other in turn order. Movement and actions for the first character will be conducted normally, then hitting the space bar to end that character's turn will cause the second character to skip their turn. Clicking back onto that character shows that they cannot move or act.
