You can be in stealth when you jump. So jump all your party there before going further with Lae'zel. And if you go from the bottom of the tower, you can bring all your party without a problem.

From the Fort there is a ledge around the side you can jump from to get down there. Trigger the Spectator with your most useless companion or a familiar, when the Drow are unpetrified, the Spectator will still attack them and thin them out a bit, unless this is unintended behaviour. The rest of your party can get as close as needed for ranged attacks, you may have to climb down the vines. Any Drow left that turn on the rest of your party should give you enough room to climb up the vines, run back to the Fort and hide around the corner. You can pop in and out of "cover" and finish them off, as long as you use the bonus action to hide they should not move closer.

The most direct route to this area is going through the Ruined Temple and doing that puzzle, this leads you into the Fort.

As the Spectator will activate the Drow statues, making this a very tough fight, I found it useful to destroy as many of them as possible before taking on the Spectator itself. You need a blunt weapon (at this point you should have the named Mace from the Drow leader in the Goblin camp) as they are immune to most types of damage. Sneak around smashing as many of them as you can find before activating the Spectator by moving a character down to the treasure horde. You get experience points for smashing the statues, so nothing is lost. You can also use this time to position your party for the coming fight. To get down to Spectator area, don't forget Feather Fall and good old Misty Step. To get out of the area, you can return to the waypoint in the fort.
