Larian seems to have a good track record in Early Access and applying fan feedback. Even just having people play the game is of great help to devs (telemetry!).
Don’t expect Larian to drastically alter the fundamentals, but I am sure they are paying close attention to data, feedback, gameplay videos. It is still a long time till 1.0 release and much can be done in that time.
