One thing im actually wit most people here is that there needs to be more good party members.
There does not seem to be any, everyone is shades of grey or outright evil.
That is because they are all origin characters, and therefore playable. Which means they can be played as any alignment, it's up to the player to decide what moral choices they make as the protagonist. Thus all the backgrounds are grey.
When they are NPCs they have alignments "under the hood" which you can find out by seeing how they react to your decisions. Wyll and Gale are good, Asterion is chaotic evil, etc.
