this happens bit early in the game(spoilers) where I chose to kill the goblins at their camp, after doing so and looting the corpses of all of them, the bard was trying to stop me from looting, and after some dialog i sent him to my camp and again went on about looting, well he came back and i had to go through some skill checks to get away with looting from him, at a goblin camp, and now its stuck on a skill check target of 1 and it wont even let me roll no mater what button I press. I know I'm gonna restart the game, frustrated that i have to go through killing the goblins again, but i dont want others to have this issue.

I have the same problem but in a differnt spot. When I talk to Spike (the goblin) Whichever skill I choose I cannot roll the die.

EDIT: I foudn the cause. It happened when I havent used my main character to engage in the dialog. When I did I could roll as normal

Exactly the same problem, except just after breaking through the wall at the temple of Selune. I had other characters selected and skill roll just kept clicking and rotating and refusing to roll the dice until I switched to select main character.

I have the same problem. It seems to happen with all skill checks in conversations when you are engaged by an npc while not controlling the main character. For example, if you steal something and the npc challenges you.

I had the same problem too, I think it was gale while I had stolen something.
