I keep thinking back on the pain-worshipping guy in the Goblin Camp and remembering how disappointed I was that I couldn't hit HIM instead. Pfft.
I'm talking about just such things. Why not throw a d20 and ask for an opportunity to hit this guy?
Why not roll a d20 and make Shadow Heart pass this test? If the player has such a thought (do not lie if you say that you did not think about it).
He can give us his weapon during the test for this. And his weapon must be replaced with a whip.
Or maybe I want Laezel or Astarion to help me pass this test?
Will it ruin the game? No. This is already in the game, it just needs to be supplemented with some kink options in dialoge.
If someone doesn't like it, they simply won't click on this option.
