I found Arka's body outside the goblin camp I figure she runs off because you stop her from murdering the goblin prisoner. Is there anyway to both stop that event from happening? Can you catch up to her and talk to her? (honestly, I'd like to be able to recruit her to the party, but realize that's going to be all the other infected people.)

Wild, unfounded guess: I think it might only be possible if you persuade her when she's grieving over the guy at the gate. I'm not sure at all though.

I missed this encounter.

You need to do it before entering the cave otherwise Arka automatically decides to go kill the goblin in the cage.

I tried approaching her when she ran off. She basicly tells you to go jump off a bridge and to leave her alone...

Even you let her kill the goblin you still find her dead
