The video is pretty... inaccurate I'd think is the best word.

He IS describing a phenomenon that IS happening, but he fails to see that this is not feedback. If people go crazy because of some bugs, that is not really feedback. If people do the thing where they say "it should be the game in my head" that is not feedback. Those are rumblings.

The distinctive feature of feedback is: it is constructive.

Here and on reddit is more than enough feedback which falls under the constructive category.
