It could be played for jokes. Isn't Shadowheart's "sex scene" just giving the player a kiss? Maybe it'll be like, the player character is very obviously coming on strong and Minsc is just completely oblivious to it.
As far as I know, even the Romantic Encounters series of Baldur's Gate mods shied away from giving Minsc an explicit scene. There's just something... unspoken, there.
There might be a full sex scene for her later, but you are right that it is flagged the same way as the other scenes. So maybe Minsc is spared an awkard sex scene in Act 1.
Let's hope so. Given his mental capacities that verges on abuse. Why are we (you) all talking in spoiler tags though? The title clearly reads HUGE SPOILERS people.
