Not just them ... If you also wear that spear, that gives truestrike ... cant remember the name.
It also works for ranged combat ... quite some debuffing rangers can do with single strike.
The Flind mace? "Shattered Flail" procs on every melee hit when dual wielded regardless of what hand hits. I wonder if it would also proc it's heal on a ranged attack.
