In the owlbear cave I can't pick up the selunite prayer unless I hold Alt and click on the name. clicking on the item doesn't work at all.

This is after passing perception check to notice it ?

Yes. After a successful perception check, I can't pick it up by clicking on it. Only by holding alt so the framed words show up on the screen can I click on that, then it will go in my inventory.. then works properly.
