This is my blog of things and will update when needed.

I have 150 hours between a Warlock and Rogue as of 10/31

Problem I have thus far:

Fake dice roll screen - I hate eye candy and this fake roll not only pisses me off, but takes away from gameplay, even when it mostly fails.

Attack roll vs AC - antiquated % base algorithm guarantees more failure and frustration than success and fun.

Cutscenes - Doesn't add quality gameplay to me, especially when it forces character teleportation and brings a disadvantage if combat ensues.

Ranged Attack - % based off distance limits gameplay to always stay at max range and risk being out of range quite often.

Invisibility - Any actions seem to break, which breaks the utility of this spell down to mere walking.

Passive Bonus vs 2d20 rolls - the whole point of 5E new mechanic offers greater success with 2 dice rolls

Pickpocket - as much as I like stealing everything, this is broken action economy. You can steal multiple items in the same turn / screen. Again, algorithm vs target number do 0 not actual DC mechanics

Lack of Mass Sell / Transfer

Gameplay Cache - Multiple game loads seem to bog down my system, causing me to quit out of the entire game and restart to reduce long reload times.

Items / Abilities - Several lack specific icons

Action Economy - Certain actions / bonus actions are locked in those only but can't be use a bonus action as an action choice

Day / Night cycle - game persists in day only, leaving many aspects of life out of the question. In addition, weakens some class abilities when currently only allowed 1 short rest.

Thrown Items - Lack realism from tossing 50 gal barrel to models not breaking on screen.

NPC special abilities - Some NPC have special abilities that PC should have or are completely new to the system. (Mud Mephits summoning more mephits or NPC having Sentinel feat)

The main story line is a fun plot, but even as EA, there are a lot of issue I have and not feeling confident about the future.

I understand what you mean with not feeling confident about the future of this game. So many things need a complete rework...

The cutscenes alone need a ton of work if they want those to be viable, right now they are breaking the game and I would prefer to have them removed, the characters and NPC have weird facial and body animations that look like they don't have a skeleton.

The way they handle camping is completely wrong, going always to the same "camp" and being able to fast travel from everywhere. Not having day or night cycles that could potentially give different interactions with NPCs according to day time or have NPCs move locations with the hours...

D&D was a game that made the world feel alive, and that even being fantasy, it has a big quota of verisimilitude. Everything that you do shoud matter and have an impact on people, but in BG3 all NPCs are dumb and don´t acknowledge the things that happen around them, dialogues are very limited and you can put explosive barrels behind people and they won't move or say a thing...

Some of the things you list that you have problems with are actually them staying true to 5th ed rules. So for those cases I dont think theyre going to change actually. Things like:
Attack roll vs AC
Ranged Attack - % based off distance
Invisibility

AC is a core dnd mechanic. Dont see them removing that...ever.
Ranged attacks beyond normal range is also normal dnd rules. Although I will say some items currently dont got the correct ranges. So if they fix that alot of bows for example get alot better.
Invisibility is downright broken if it dident break so easily. Just wait till you get greater invisibility though! All the cheese. None of the drawbacks!

Other things I agree with. Some of these really need change or probably arent final in their implementation. Like the trader not having a mass sell button or the action economy beeing borked at the moment.

And some confuse me. Like what do you mean with 'Fake dice roll screen?

That said if you put 150 hours in jm sure you like it, otherwise I doubt you would play that long wink maybe come back to the game after a while. Its still in EA for a good while still after all!
