Maybe i get it wrong ... But i dont see any problem, in both my gameplays where i get to romance, i could choose to "go sleep alone" ... so ... that button for "not seeing sex" is already there. o_O
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
